Liputan6.com, Jakarta - Pemerintah memutuskan memperluas kebijakan pengangkatan pegawai pemerintah dengan perjanjian kerja (PPPK) paruh waktu menjadi PPPK penuh waktu.

Kebijakan tersebut tidak hanya menyasar tenaga pendidik, tetapi juga dosen, petugas pemadam kebakaran (damkar), Satpol PP, tenaga kesehatan, hingga tenaga teknis dan pelayanan.

Keputusan tersebut disampaikan Menteri Sekretaris Negara Prasetyo Hadi seusai rapat finalisasi pembahasan masalah kepegawaian lintas kementerian bersama pimpinan DPR di Kompleks Parlemen, Senayan, Jakarta, Jumat (6/11/2026).

Prasetyo mengatakan, pemerintah sebelumnya telah membahas pengangkatan PPPK paruh waktu menjadi penuh waktu, tetapi cakupannya masih terbatas pada tenaga pendidikan, khususnya guru.

Setelah melalui perhitungan dan pembahasan lintas sektor, pemerintah memutuskan memperluas kebijakan tersebut ke berbagai profesi.

“Setelah beberapa kali kita melakukan perhitungan, maka hari ini kita memutuskan bahwa PPPK paruh waktu akan diangkat menjadi PPPK penuh waktu ini termasuk lintas profesi,” ujar Prasetyo.

Profesi yang masuk dalam kebijakan tersebut meliputi dosen, petugas damkar, Satpol PP, tenaga kesehatan atau medis, tenaga teknis, tenaga pelayanan, hingga tenaga pelaksana lainnya.

Prasetyo secara khusus menyoroti peran petugas damkar yang selama ini turut menangani berbagai persoalan di tengah masyarakat.

“Damkar sekarang banyak menyelesaikan segala permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat,” katanya.
