Liputan6.com, Jakarta -Komisi III DPR membuka peluang merevisi Undang-Undang Tindak Pidana Korupsi (UU Tipikor) menyusul usulan Ketua Dewan Ekonomi Nasional (DEN) Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan mengenai penegasan batas antara risiko bisnis yang melibatkan negara dan tindak pidana korupsi.

Wakil Ketua Komisi III DPR Ahmad Sahroni mengatakan, pihaknya akan meminta pandangan sejumlah narasumber untuk mendalami usulan tersebut sebelum menentukan langkah lebih lanjut.

Hal itu disampaikan Sahroni seusai menghadiri rapat dengar pendapat umum (RDPU) Komisi III DPR bersama sejumlah kalangan advokat, Rabu (28/10/2026).

Menurut Sahroni, usulan tersebut perlu dibahas secara mendalam. Terlebih, Presiden telah meminta agar hal itu dikaji lebih lanjut.

“Dalam waktu yang agak singkat saya akan mencoba bertanya kepada para narasumber terkait usulan Pak Luhut bahwa bisnis yang terkait dengan bisnis negara tidak bisa dikategorikan sebagai korupsi. Itu akan kita tanya karena menjadi kajian, karena Pak Presiden sudah mengatakan, dikaji lebih mendalam,” ujar Sahroni.

Pertimbangan Revisi

Meski demikian, rencana tersebut perlu mempertimbangkan waktu yang tersedia serta agenda legislasi lain yang tengah berjalan, termasuk Rancangan Undang-Undang (RUU) Perampasan Aset.

“Apakah memungkinkan dalam proses yang waktu tinggal beberapa saat ini ditindaklanjuti untuk mengkaji apa yang disampaikan oleh Pak Presiden? Kita lihat nanti perkembangannya,” katanya.

Sahroni menegaskan, komunikasi dengan berbagai pihak masih berlangsung. Masukan dari para narasumber akan menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi Komisi III DPR sebelum menentukan langkah terkait revisi UU Tipikor.

Saat ditanya apakah DPR terbuka terhadap kemungkinan revisi UU Tipikor, Sahroni menjawab, “Iya, iya, pasti, pasti,” tandasnya.
