The 30-minute merge batch (project instructions, Ken 2026-11-02): each pull request below passed its review (and test where it has one); this branch is main at 432b687 with each of them merged in as is, no conflicts resolved by hand. CI runs once here; one Reviewer reads the combination; the originals are closed with a link here.

Combination read: #3103 and #3126 both change mobile/lib/notify/system_notices.dart and its test; one of their reviewers reads the combination here. The rest share no files. #3124's Mac test is waived by the PM (needs a person's password; checked after release). #3103's app part ships with a phone release from Tony's Mac.

… with a line (#3117) conversation.create takes a priority, defaults to P2 and says so in its reply, and maps a Buddy proposal's high/normal/low onto P1/P2/P3. Specs for the effective priority (field, else the legacy title marker as Desktop reads it, else P2), the priority after the number on task lines, mine in priority order, the Buddy status rows, and the help and tools text for conversation.create's priority and work.priority. They fail until the code lands. A task's effective priority is its field, else the legacy title marker as Desktop reads it (leading URGENT, closing "(urgent)" or "(high)"), else P2. Task lines in mine, task and linked lists show it after the number; mine lists P0 first, keeping today's order within a priority. A Buddy's status rows carry it (steps carry none); the full status already passes the field through. The command help and the tools skill ask for a priority on conversation.create, say what P0-P3 mean, and document work.priority. …#3117) Failing widget tests for Task 3 of the task priority plan: the Px badge on board, proposal and Backlog cards, priority-first order in every column and group, Next up moves held inside their priority band, and the task header's priority menu sending work.priority (with a refusal shown inline). The Backlog's URGENT/HIGH badge tests now expect P0/P1. The fake server answers work.priority by setting the task's field. …#3117) SuperTabConversation reads the task's priority field, and proposals read their mapped one. SuperTabTaskPriority is now p0-p3 with a badge and a meaning; superTabTaskPriority() reads the field, else the legacy title marker (URGENT/(urgent) P0, (high) P1), else P2. - Tasks board: every task and proposal card leads its caption with a Px badge; each column sorts by priority first, then today's order. Next up drags and Option-arrow moves stay inside the card's priority band, and the queue's 'after' is placed against cards of the same priority. - Task header: a 'P1 v' badge button between number and title opens the four priorities with their meanings, the current one checked; choosing one sends work.priority, and a refusal shows beside the title. - Backlog: the Px badge replaces URGENT/HIGH, and each group sorts by priority first. Its tinted chip moved to chip.dart, shared with the card. Existing tests: the Backlog row now reads '#11 | P2 | ...', and the header name test checks the number and title around the badge. Adds an opt-in screenshot test (SUPER_TAB_PRIORITY_SHOTS) like the Tasks view's. Android: FCM draws the server's notification message itself, so the tap arrives as a launch intent with key and link; PushService no longer draws data-only pushes the server never sends. iOS: the address is token and platform; the server finds a sandbox token by itself. …r is its previous priority (#3117) Review of #3097: work.priority touches the project chat like work.queue, so an agent that just stopped being PM cannot race a change in. The change line reads a task from before priorities by its (urgent)/(high) title marker, as every client shows it. The open-proposals integration test expects the mapped P2. …npm only for the rest (#3169) npm was 4 min 18 s of a 4 min 35 s setup on this Mac (2026-11-04), and a cold install timed 12 min 35 s today. The owner's tar of each installed package is piped into the team account's tar, so root reads nothing of the owner's and writes nothing of the team account's; a copy that is not that package, has no command, or whose reading failed is discarded and npm installs it. Its header now has a back chevron to Swarm Home, always drawn (also while the history is read back), and on iOS the left edge swipes back. Android's system back is unchanged. …r's once a run (#3160 review) A Swarm discovery opened for the add kept its controller polling, and a viewer's (or an unreadable one's) was read in full on every discovery. The add now releases a Swarm it opened unless the person went to it, and a Swarm whose person is not known to be a collaborator or owner is tried again only at the next launch. The update's baseline is taken by the first discovery even before this computer's own row is known, and a failed write of the record neither throws nor stops the next one.
